... unfortunately, this is based on a TRUE story ...
I've been there already. They want the universal employee but as the saying goes 'jack of all trades master of none'. Cuando llega el toston, se hacen un ocho. However, overspecialization is just as evil. We have a saying in these, especially for pharmaceuticals: 'Ingeniero de Rosca Izquierda", "Soplapotes 1", "Especialista en Soplapotes", "Senior Soplapotes". Love your blog, will be checking it often.

Ah, claro que me acuerdo de los títulos de Senior Assistant Canblower III en la industria farma puertorriqueña :-)
De hecho, esa caricatura viene de algo que pasó de verdad en una de esas farma ... desde luego, se dice el milagro pero no el santo...
